We currently accept orders and ship within New Zealand. We accept Credit Cards, Direct Transfer and Cash for payment.
How to Order
Contact us via phone, text or email to enquire or place an order.
We will liaise with you to understand the specifications and deadline for your order.
Interactions will take place via e-mail to ensure we track our discussion details prevent missing relevant information.
Based on the details you provide, we will confirm if the request is doable within constraints (style, timeframe, and price).
If the request can be accommodated, we will invoice you and payment will be arranged.
Once payment is recieved, we will design and upon your design approval, we will commence production.
Once production is complete, we will prepare your order for pick up, shipping, or drop off.
Some products require installation, for which we could give advice for you to install yourself. We can install at additional cost.

Prices
Because each project is unique and one of a kind, material costs, design and manufacturing time will vary.
Payment
We accept all major Credit Cards, Direct Transfer and Cash.
We only accept payment in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We will start the project once payment is cleared.
We will provide payment instructions on your invoice.
Pick up and Delivery
Pick up finished products from our studio in Christchurch City Central (by Appointment only).
We can facilitate shipping or drop off at an additional cost.
For your peace of mind, all shipped custom orders come with tracking number (to be shared when ready/as requested).
